FINDING FLEXIBILITY AND FAMILY

Julie had been working in public schools and was looking for a new opportunity. Upon interviewing with Ageility, she was impressed with the upkeep of facilities and friendliness of team members – and soon started in a role overseeing 3 clinics. From there she transitioned into other roles with a range of responsibilities and growth opportunities including onboarding a new community to Ageility, becoming a Mentor, and transitioning to Regional Director. Now serving as the Senior Regional Rehab Director, Julie has pursued an ongoing career with Ageility for many reasons. “Team members feel like family, people that take care of each other – and our residents are the heart of the family.” As a mom of three, Julie also enjoys the flexibility she’s afforded to ensure adequate family time. Ageility promotes a culture of ‘family’, which means her kids are involved, participate in events, and are embraced as part of the community.

IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR POSITIVE IMPACT

As a Rehab Director, Kimberly feels encouraged and empowered in her role. She’s always seeking new opportunities for learning and improving the work she and other team members do on behalf of our clients. “I feel appreciated and supported at Ageility. When you see something that needs to be addressed, suggestions are heard and recognized.” After identifying an opportunity to streamline and make training more consistent, she set up a team to develop a detailed manual which greatly improved the training process for therapists. She also serves as a mentor for new rehab directors, helping welcome and ease them into their roles. Her dedication to improvement has a positive impact on clients and team members alike!

CONTRIBUTING AS A TRUE TEAM PLAYER

Mimi is an exceptional therapist. She individualizes all her treatments to maximize her patient's potential and achieves excellent functional outcomes. Mimi is a true team player always willing to assist when there is a need, and with a smile. Most recently she was checking on her first patient in the dining room to see if she was ready. When she arrived, she noticed the dining room was bustling with residents. Mimi immediately went to work assisting the dining staff with delivering food and bussing tables to help make breakfast a success. These types of contributions are always appreciated and applauded by other team members and residents!

Shannon provides unique, individualized therapy to residents. She consistently meets customer expectations, enthusiastically hosts events, pivots quickly to accommodate unexpected staffing changes, and cultivates her team by providing ideas and solutions that help them advance their skills. Shannon truly upholds our Mission, to honor and inspire the journey of life, one experience at a time, with every encounter. Residents and colleagues leave her presence feeling better and inspired! Executive Directors have reached out personally to recognize her for the value she brings and her ability to elevate the level of services at their communities. Shannon is a valued leader who is invested in advancing the residents, Ageility team, and customers!

A SHINING EXAMPLE OF DEDICATED, DETAILED, AND DEPENDABLE

Sara is an amazing member of our team. I’ve received many positive comments from patients about how much they appreciate her, really enjoy working with her, and feel she goes above and beyond to help them meet their goals. They’ve also commented that she is creative, thoughtful, works to ensure safety and comfort, and is very detailed and thorough. Sara also works with many different Occupational Therapists, and they too really appreciate her because she prints out notes, highlights key things she wants them to see, and writes notes with specific updates or concerns for each patient. Sara is dedicated, caring, and consistently going above and beyond in our communities. She is always shining!
